Ability to work with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, MySQL in day to day
Linux and Shell commands familiarity preferred
– Long term commitment of 3 to 5 years

– Readiness to work as full stack developer in a product-based business model
– Good command on English – Understanding write ups, raising questions, participating in
meetings with offshore, describing details in emails

– Ability to handle competing priorities, challenging tasks and timeline constrains in daily routine
– Willingness to work in a very disciplined environment with small setup of 30 to 50 IT staff

Freshers with Python Training and excellent OOP skills

1. Completed training on Python programming with excellent track record
2. Basic software development concepts and fundamentals required
3. Long term commitment of 4 to 6 years required
4. Willingness to undergo training for 1 to 3 months after selection. Duration depends on
evaluation results (Reasonable stipend will be paid during training period)
5. Prepared to work in a highly disciplined professional work environment with learning attitude
6. Understanding and commitment to achieve all expectations listed above in section of
“Experienced Programmers” at milestones of 3, 6, 9 and 12 months.
